Casa De Amigos is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the warm breezes of Costa Rica. The neighborhood of Palm Beach Estates is a quiet, gated community located within a lush national park. Casa De Amigos is a spacious, uniquely designed property that was recently renovated to maximize the vacation experience for larger groups. Its two separate living rooms, accessable from any room in the house, have their own televisions with DVD and VHS players, plus a central stereo with CD player and iPod dock.

Each bedroom has its own internal bathroom. Three bedrooms have king-size beds, one bedroom has a queen size bed plus a set of twin bunks. All bedrooms have seperate AC units and ceiling fans. Three of the four rooms have TV with cable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and oven. A cozy built-in breakfast nook and luxurious granite bar seating, easily accommodate ten guests in the kitchen.

Perhaps saving the best for last, one of the most popular spaces of this casa is the observatory. Custom ironwork railings line the stairs to this covered second floor patio. Complete with an enormous dining table, there is plenty of seating to accommodate twelve guests. With it's own kitchenette to include refrigerator, small stove, oven and sink - this unique space provides the opportunity to enjoy evening cocktails and dinner on your own private veranda.
